In order to give as many students as possible a chance to compete at the World Championships in Coventry in July, Pollok club has been undertaking various fund raising events. First event was a sponsored run in Pollok Park, students and parents were involved in distances of two, four, six and eight miles. Everyone did brilliantly and the money raised will go towards competing students travel and accommodations.
